:: Review :: Breaking Noah by Missy Johnson
The first pages of this book were shocking since it tells a suicide. Then we learn the girl that did it (Karly) is Zara's cousin and best friend.
Zara's starting her life in a new college looking for revenge/justice for her cousin. She wants to make the responsible of her death pay somehow for what he provoked.
Noah is the professor Zara thinks is responsible for Karly's death. Her plan includes being in his class to seduce him so she can tear his reputation and life apart. Everyone says he's the perfect man. She can't understand how that can be possible when he's at fault for her cousin's death.
But life happens, not everything is what it seems, feelings get involved and sh*t hits the fan.
The story was a little predictable but I enjoyed very much. In some pages I hated Zara for what she was doing. And I'm not sure I enjoyed the fact that everyone was cheating on everyone.
On the other hand: I loved the teacher-student affair.
